The waiting continues
The long silence from EA/Dice continues and yet it looks like Battlefield Heroes is delayed again…
The first message EA/Dice brought out about a release date stated that battlefield heroes would be released by end of summer 2008. It all looked good, in May they started a closed beta and the first previews looked very promising but then it stayed quiet very quiet! The 29th of July EA CEO John Riccitiello announced battlefield heroes was delayed until the end of 2008 because they decided to improve the social network features in battlefield heroes. On the 14th of November they shut down the closed beta and after that not much news was published.
It now is the 10th of January and still there is no sign that battlefield heroes will be released anytime soon – which also starts to look very unlikely since we haven’t heard any serious news from EA/Dice since October 2008. If any staff of EA/DICE reads this please just be honest, will battlefield heroes release before the end of 2009?
In other news, suicide rates have gone up 20%…
